What's included

The Conference Fee includes access to all keynotes and symposia, abstract book, tea & coffee, three buffet lunches & reception evening. Please note accommodation, travel, social programmes and gala dinner are not included.

 

 

Dinner Tickets

The Conference dinner tickets are available until 30th August or until we reach full capacity, whichever comes first & only available to those who are attending the conference.

Student Tickets

 

Discounted student tickets are no longer available. The PhD student tickets were subject to limited availability, and evidencing student status & based on a first come, first serve basis.  

Early bird & EECERA membership discounts are available until 31st May 2018.

 

 

Refunds & Cancellations

Final date for cancellation with refund minus handling charges for registration is 4/07/2018.
